I read through all the dialogue in Atlantis/ Lemuria post and what Happy Elf, Gina, and Michael wrote about fears.

I just wanted to add that through my personal experience I know that the higher self exposes our fears to us here so we may understand that we are afraid of these things and also as a hint that we need to deal with these fears IMMEDIATELY, as in Gina's case.

I felt that I had only 1 or 2 fears remaining (fear of heights, and fear of authorities like Police, Military, etc..) and My higher self has exposed yet another fear to me in past 48 hours. INSECTS!!!!!!

Man.... how I hate INSECTS, and forgot that they really terrify me sometimes. Again I'm in the Dom. Rep. so I see some crazy bugs. about 30 hours ago I was sleeping under a mosquito net which I rarely do, and felt a FLYING ROACH (about 5 inches long, 2.5 inches wide) crawling through the net.. I thought I was dreaming but jumped up and didn't freak out like I normally would, because I knew it was my higher self testing and reminding me of my fear of insects. I didn't kill the roach, I trapped it in the net and tied the net to the ceiling.  It was around 3 or 4 in the morning and I realized that it was so quiet that I could meditate and did the GI for the first time. After that yesterday, I was encountered by 6 inch bumble bees (I think - I did run away from that one), and SCARAB BEETLES!!!!!!! My roommate helped the Scarab off it's back, and it did seem peaceful... it was then that I realized higher self wants me to make peace with these critters so I will.... bad start this morning though, killed another Roach and several Mosquitos...

But the point here is we NEVER had these type of insect problems with Roaches, and Beetles, and BUMBLE BEES (looked like a bug from King Kong movie) until 2 days ago, and I feel higher self (and others) are amused by my experiences as I conquer this fear. Next I plan to go skydiving and remove fear of heights... mentally I am looking forward (and excited) to doing it.. might even base jump off some buildings.. of course with a parachute, until I learn how to fly... just kidding, or am I

But mentally I am removing some fears, just have to remove it when I am physically standing on the ledge or at the door of an airplane ready to jump out. I'm sure there are other ways of removing fear of heights but I do want to skydive...

Insects are so vital to the ecology of our beautiful earth-mother.  Check out info on colony collapse of the honey bees (you can google it), if we lose the honeybees our food supply is in dire straits because we need them to pollinate the plants.

Hey Jun-
There have been other posts on going through your fears as well that ask the same questions on which fears are more important to remove.  I am not sure if you would really have to ride through your fear of heights by sky diving.  i guess I am wondering if that is really important for your PU to experience that fear in order to ascend more quickly.  Unless removing that fear is enabling another step towards removing another fear?  I am not sure on this one.

As far as children go.  Wouldn't it be sad to be born into a world where you are rejected by some people including your own family?  Would you wish a child to be born into a family where there is no unconditional love?  Where love is only given if you follow their beliefs? Where love is given only if you behave like they do?
